DriverEase provides dispatch and back-office support services for independent owner-operators and trucking companies. This Refund Policy outlines how payments and refunds are handled for our services.
1. Non-Refundable Setup Fee
DriverEase may charge a one-time setup or onboarding fee before dispatch services begin. This fee covers the administrative work required to set up your account, review documentation, and prepare operational support.
All setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
2. Service Fees
DriverEase may charge service fees for dispatch and operational support. These may include:
• Weekly dispatch service plans
• Per-load dispatch assistance
• Administrative or back-office support services
All service fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated before services begin.
3. 30-Day Refund Policy
DriverEase offers a 30-day refund policy for service fees only.
If a client is not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund for service fees within 30 days of the initial service start date, provided that the request is submitted in writing.
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the services provided during that period.
The setup fee is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
4. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue
DriverEase provides dispatch coordination and operational support. However, we do not guarantee:
• Load availability
• Freight rates
• Market conditions
• Revenue levels
Transportation markets fluctuate, and results may vary depending on location, equipment type, and industry demand.
5. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time by notifying DriverEase.
Any work completed prior to cancellation may still be subject to service fees. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable 30-day period.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact DriverEase so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
7. Policy Updates
DriverEase reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
