The carrier remains solely responsible for:

• Compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Insurance coverage
• Equipment maintenance
• Driver qualifications and licensing
• Safety compliance
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and current information necessary for dispatch and operational coordination. This may include:
• MC or DOT number
• Insurance documentation
• Equipment specifications
• Availability and preferred lanes
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or suspension of services.
4. Service Availability
DriverEase aims to provide reliable dispatch and support services; however, we do not guarantee:
• Load availability
• Specific freight rates
• Continuous load assignments
• Market conditions
Transportation markets fluctuate and results may vary depending on region, equipment type, and industry demand.
5. Communication Authorization
By submitting information through our website or using our services, you authorize DriverEase to contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding service inquiries, dispatch coordination, or operational communication.
6. Limitation of Liability
DriverEase provides dispatch coordination and administrative support only.
DriverEase is not responsible for:
• Freight loss or damage

• Broker payment issues

• Regulatory violations by the carrier
The carrier retains full responsibility for transportation operations and compliance.
7. Payment Terms

All fees and payment terms will be communicated prior to service activation.
8. Service Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with reasonable notice.
DriverEase reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Outstanding payments remain unpaid
